Today is Food Storage Friday, and I just wanted to share what I was able to find this week for use at a later time. I went on my grocery shopping trip last Monday night, and spent a total of $56 for this week for my family of 4. That included diapers and wipes, as well as the following items that I will save for later:
The corn and beans were on a sale for .50/ea.
The Bumblebee tuna was free. More about that deal Here.
The grape jelly was part of Kroger's "buy 10 get $5 off" deal, and cost .94.
The cereal was .99 after coupon and deal
The popcorn was .50/ea after coupons
The Chex Mix was .50/ea.
These items are all things that my kids love to eat, and will definitely come in handy later.
